Simple, but very comfortable and clean accommodation in Zemalek, well located to see sights of Cairo city. Zemalek is an interesting neighbourhood with a Metro station.

Great location, rooms are clean, beds are very comfortable, and has everything needed. I was a bit worried at first as 3 star hotels tend to be tricky in Cairo but it met my expectations. Helpful staff and a good variety of restaurants and pubs in the area. Room had a safe, smart tv, toiletries, mini bar, kettle with tea/coffee. Good value for money.

The location was great. Very central, you have the whole Zamalek close. The staff was very friendly. The room was very basic, but clean (although had to ask them to clean the bathroom an extra time when I checked in, but they did and after that everything was spotless). The wifi worked well, my room was also facing a courtyard, so it was very quiet. For me the best part was that the room didnt have a full carpet, this is a plus!

Clean rooms. Efficient service. Excellent location, with several restaurants nearby. The hotel is located in a very safe neighborhood, where you can walk without any problems. I traveled with my daughter and we went out alone around the neighborhood, walking for hours, and there were no problems.

Stuff was helpful, breakfast was nice incuding local and european options. To get to the restaurant you had to go to next building, but is fine. Also there was a lively bar with Italian kitchen. Two bottles of water provided daily and once a week you get complimentary fruit plate. There is also a fridge and minibar. Location is great, you can find many restaurants nearby and couple of supermarkets.

Very clean and comfortable room Staff were super friendly and helpful Really safe and clean neighbourhood, felt safe walking around solo at night etc. Central locations so Ubers only cost about 20-40EGP if you are going into Downtown or the Bazaar

The hotel is well located in a very quiet area, has everything you need to have a very good stay, but most important, the personnel is well trained and extremely courteous. Were I to return to Cairo, I would stay at the New President Hotel again.
